NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDs Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Single-Family Home Rehabilitation. • NSPC 09-0057: 25792 W. Miami St., Buckeye, AZ 85326 (Location 1) • NSPC 09-0058: 23851 W. La Salle St., Buckeye, AZ 85236 (Location 2) • NSPC 09-0059: 22020 W. Sonora St., Buckeye, AZ 85236 (Location 3) • Pre-bid Conference: Sept. 21, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. (mandatory) at HAMC offices at 2024 N. 7th St., Suite 201, Phoenix, AZ. Bid documents will be issued in this required meeting. • Site visits: Sept. 21, 2010 immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference, starting at Location 1, then on to Location 2, and so forth (mandatory for bidders) • Sealed bid deadline: Oct. 5, 2010 by 2:00 p.m. at the HAMC Contracts and Purchasing Office, 2024 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85006 • Sealed bid opening: Oct. 5, 2010 at 2:05 p.m. |
