     This is a complete set of our application forms for those wanting to buy a H2O house. To apply, you must provide basic information on your income, employment status and members of your household. We will use this to make a preliminary analysis of your eligibility. There is no charge for this.
     The Application Packet includes the following items which can also be downloaded individually here: Application Form (3 pages), Release of Information Form (which allows H2O to check your information), Fair Housing Receipt (which says that you have received the HUD Fair Housing anti-discrimination booklet), Picture Release Form (which permits us to use your name and picture on printed and electronic media).

    Federal legislation requires that we provide information that makes it clear that it is against the law to discriminate in housing.
