H2O Application Form (Full Packet)
This is a complete set of our application forms for those wanting to buy a H2O house. To apply, you must provide basic information on your income, employment status and members of your household. We will use this to make a preliminary analysis of your eligibility. There is no charge for this.
The Application Packet includes the following items which can also be downloaded individually here: Application Form (3 pages), Release of Information Form (which allows H2O to check your information), Fair Housing Receipt (which says that you have received the HUD Fair Housing anti-discrimination booklet), Picture Release Form (which permits us to use your name and picture on printed and electronic media).

Federal legislation requires that we provide information that makes it clear that it is against the law to discriminate in housing.
The following documents are available for that purpose. Please read them to understand your rights.

	HUD Fair Housing - Equal Opportunity for all booklet Official HUD document explaining rental housing and homeownership anti-discrimination legislation. This booklet explains that landlords and/or owners that refuse to rent or sell homes to people based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability are violating federal law.
	Are you a victim of Housing Discrimination? Official HUD document relating to reporting of acts of housing discrimination (Form HUD-903.1 of 1/2002). Provides basic information on how to file a complaint if a person believes to have suffered unlawful discrimination.
