If you are income eligible (see table) you will be approved for orientation, credit counseling and homebuyer education 		   
 
CREDIT & ORIENTATION
After you have completed HUD required credit homebuyer education and addressed any credit issue, you will be referred to a qualified lender . 		   
  MORTGAGE PROCESS
You apply for a loan with a lender of your choice. The amount of the loan will depend upon your family income. Downpayment assistance is available.
